 Pole Dance Fitness

Recommended Attire: Skin is in! Short sleeve or tank tops, shorts. Please avoid using any type of lotion on your body. You will remove socks, shoes, and jewelry prior to class.

 
 

POLE FITNESS LEVEL 1

Level: Novice

Our Pole Fitness 1 class focuses more on the fundamentals of pole learned in the Intro to Pole class. In addition to working on basic positions, you will add inversions, more complicated spins and conditioning while having a great time.

POLE FITNESS LEVEL 2

Level: Intermediate "Tuesday classes will include heels work"

Building on the skill set acquired in Pole Fitness 1, you will learn how to execute some of your pole skills on the spinning pole, progress into combinations, and techniques for safely performing inversions. New poses and exercises learned during this sequence of classes will continue to challenge students looking to develop a versatile pole fitness skill set.

POLE FITNESS LEVEL 3

Level: Advanced

Building on the skill-set acquired in Pole Fitness 2, you will learn in this class how to execute some of your pole skills on the spinning pole, how to use your skills in combination, and techniques for performing more challenging and beautiful inversions. New poses and exercises learned during this sequence of classes will continue to challenge students looking to develop a versatile pole fitness skill set.
