The Cirque Experience You Can't Get on the Strip
Vegas offers seventeen Cirque-style productions to the public. None of them invite you behind the curtain. None of them happen at a private address. None of them put you in a room with the people who built the shows.
The Cirque Experience at Shine does. For one hour, in a private setting away from the Strip, a Cirque du Soleil performer and a Cirque du Soleil producer tell your group the story of how Cirque builds the artists, the shows, and the moments most audiences never see.
It is not a tour. It is not a class. It is the closest thing in Las Vegas to a private salon with the company itself.
What Happens
What Happens in the Hour
The Artist's Path
A Cirque du Soleil performer — World Champions, former Olympians, National Champions — tells the story of how they got there. The training. The injuries. The audition. The day the call came. The first night under the lights at a Strip show. Personal, specific, and unscripted.
The Production's Eye
A Cirque du Soleil producer walks your group through the other side: how Cirque finds the people on its stages. The scouting process. The creation teams. The hiring of Creators. The decades of work behind shows like "O." Why some shows last twenty years and others close. The economics, the artistry, the politics — frankly, and on the record only within this room.
The Footage
We close with rare footage — including the performance video that brought our co-owner Dima Bulkin from a World Champion's gym in Russia onto a Las Vegas stage. The exact reel that decided his life. Yours to watch, with the commentary from the man it was filmed of.

The Artist Transformation
During the discussion, a Cirque-trained performer sits at a make-up station inside the room and silently transforms — base, character paint, costume, full Cirque finish — while the conversation continues.
When the hour ends, the lights shift. The performer takes the floor. A private aerial or floor performance, five minutes, for your group alone.
It is theater you watch being built, then theater you watch performed. The transition is the point.
Past private experiences have featured performers including Leysan Gayazova (former Cirque du Soleil, "Varekai") and other current and former Cirque artists from Shine's instructor bench.

Who's in the Room
Every Cirque Experience is led by one performer and one producer from inside Cirque du Soleil. The standard pairing:
Dima Bulkin · "Dima Shine"
Solo artist in Cirque du Soleil's "Zumanity," 2010–2018. World Champion in Sports Acrobatics. Cirque de Demain Gold Medal. Has trained, coached, and competed at the highest level of his discipline for more than two decades.
Russ Petroni
Fifteen years inside Cirque du Soleil. Producer of "One Night for ONE DROP." Former Director of Lifestyle Projects at Cirque, overseeing The Beatles LOVE VIP program, Revolution Ultra-Lounge at MGM, and the Richard MacDonald Gallery at "O." A pre-Cirque career as a concert flutist.
When their schedules require, substitutes are drawn from Shine's bench of current and former Cirque du Soleil artists and a private network of Cirque production veterans. The pairing — one performer, one producer — is the standard. Always.
A Note on Discretion
Past Cirque Experiences at Shine have hosted celebrity guests, executive groups, and private clients of select destination management partners. We have never made the names public, and we never will. Discretion is a feature of the product, not an exception to it. Inquiries are handled the same way.
