What You'll Learn
Our pole fitness curriculum covers the full spectrum of pole work: spins, inversions, chair dance, floorwork, heels technique, and pole conditioning. Students progress through structured levels that build on each other, giving you a clear path from your very first spin to complex combination sequences.
Class Levels
• Intro to Pole Fitness – No experience needed. You'll learn basic positions, fundamental spins, and proper grip technique while developing core strength, flexibility, and coordination. First timers always welcome.
• Pole Fitness Level 1 – Beginner to Intermediate. Build on your foundations by transitioning to the spinning pole, learning combinations, and beginning safe inversion technique. Tuesday classes include heels work.
• Pole Fitness Level 2 – Advanced. Execute challenging inversions, complex combinations, and performance-level technique on both static and spinning poles.
What to Wear
Skin contact is essential for pole grip, so wear shorts and a short-sleeve or tank top. Do not apply lotion to your body on class day. Remove socks, shoes, and jewelry before class.

Absolutely. You build the strength as you go. Many students start with no upper body strength and are climbing within a few months. The intro class is designed specifically for beginners.
