You can open your own coffee or juice bar and turn our reception area into a café, teach your own yoga classes, or mat Pilates, or Zumba, or sound bath, or whatever class you might want to introduce — without having to go through the expense or headache of opening up a brick-and-mortar. For those wanting to use our space for your own creative ends, we can host video and photo shoots, exhibitions, corporate events, auditions, rehearsals, and even use the space to host your own private party or even a private DJ'd nightclub.

When we designed our state-of-the-art studio, we wanted to create a multifaceted space that could transform itself into countless uses. It features surround sound, professional show lighting, sprung floors, rigging, climate control, natural lighting, a glass garage door for easy load-in or indoor/outdoor events, and much more.
