Shine Alternative Fitness offers a turnkey path for yoga, Pilates, Zumba, sound bath, barre, and movement instructors with an established following to operate their own classes as a business — without the lease, the build-out, the front-of-house staff, or the capital risk of opening a brick-and-mortar studio.

Hi! Welcome to Shine Alternative Fitness. We are known for our amazing classes as well as boasting some of the most talented instructors in the world. Clients have come from all over for our classes, bachelorette and birthday parties, and our team-building events.

Today, we're going to feature another aspect of our studio — our space. Did you know that you can also rent our studio space for your own experiences?

For people looking to start their own business, our space is available so you can comfortably establish your business without the risks of high overhead costs. You can open your own coffee or juice bar and turn our reception area into a café, teach your own yoga classes, or mat Pilates, or Zumba, or sound bath, or whatever class you might want to introduce — without having to go through the expense or headache of opening up a brick-and-mortar. It's ideal for professionals who already have a following and want to open their own business with minimal risks.

For those wanting to use our space for your own creative ends, we can host video and photo shoots, exhibitions, corporate events, auditions, rehearsals, and even use the space to host your own private party or even a private DJ'd nightclub.

When we designed our state-of-the-art studio, we wanted to create a multifaceted space that could transform itself into countless uses. It features surround sound, professional show lighting, sprung floors, rigging, climate control, natural lighting, a glass garage door for easy load-in or indoor/outdoor events, and much more.

A turnkey path from instructor to studio operator

Three steps from inquiry to your first class on the calendar.

Reserve your time block.

Recurring rentals are structured so each instructor holds a consistent weekly slot. One renter takes Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 to 10 AM. Another takes Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday in the same window. Your slot is yours — no scheduling overlap.

Operate as if it's yours.

During your block, you have full access to the studio — sprung-floor rooms, surround sound, professional lighting, climate control, lockers, shower, parking, and our front desk for client check-ins.

You teach. We maintain the facility.

You bring your students and your curriculum. We handle cleaning, maintenance, climate control, and the day-to-day operating overhead. No build-out, no janitor schedule, no front-desk hire, no signage permits.

The studio has operated in southwest Las Vegas since Leap Day 2012. Fourteen years of weekly classes have already resolved the operational details that come with any new build-out.

Pricing

Recurring rates from $40 per hour

Recurring rates apply between 10 PM and 10 AM (with some exceptions for the full studio). One-time $300 Additional Insured fee applies for renters operating their own business.

Example: A yoga instructor renting Mon–Fri from 6 to 8 AM (10 hours/week) pays $40/hr × 10 = $400/week — about $1,600/month for a fully built-out studio with front-desk service.

Common questions

What instructors usually ask

What kinds of classes can I teach there?
Any movement modality — yoga, Pilates, Zumba, sound bath, barre, dance, aerial, pole, circus, meditation, breathwork. Shine does not restrict rentals by class type.
Do I have to bring my own students?
Yes — you bring your following, you keep all your class revenue. Shine doesn't market your classes for you. The reason this rental works is that established instructors with audiences want a turnkey venue, and we are that venue.
Will Shine compete with my classes?
No. Shine teaches aerial silks, aerial yoga, aerial hoop, pole fitness, flexibility, handstand, aerial conditioning, and Xtreme Boxing. Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, sound bath, barre, and dance are not on Shine's class menu. Recurring rentals also run during morning hours when Shine is closed.
Do I need my own liability insurance?
Yes — anyone running their own business in our space carries their own liability insurance, AND a one-time Additional Insured fee of $300 covers Shine on your policy. Standard fitness/instructor liability policies satisfy both requirements.
What hours are available?
Recurring rentals are available 10 PM to 10 AM, with some exceptions for the full studio. Most morning instructors book between 6 and 10 AM. Monday through Thursday Shine isn't open until noon, so the entire morning is available; Friday and weekends, the early morning is available.
Can I lock down a specific time block long-term?
Yes. Recurring rentals are designed exactly for this — your slot is yours week after week, no scheduling conflicts with other renters or with Shine's class schedule.
How big is the space?
The main studio is approximately 33 ft × 20 ft and subdivides into three separate rentable areas. One area fits 20–25 students; the full studio fits up to 100. Sprung floors throughout. Surround sound, professional lighting, climate control, natural light, glass garage door, aerial rigging points.
